Every year the Diocese of London, through its parishes deliver over 230 distinctive projects tackling poverty and inequality through 1,500 volunteers creating positive outcomes for over 14,000 lives each year. Capital Mass resources these parishes in order that they can continue to support many of London’s most vulnerable citizens.

Capital Mass’ Value Add

In the 2017 Capital Mass impact survey we asked what value-add Capital Mass made to the parishes and parishioners in their mission.

- 88% commented that their awareness of poverty in London had raised

- 20% commented that they’d increased their prayer into the poverty issues in London

- 13% commented that they’d started a new ministry or started to volunteer for the first time in order to respond to poverty in London

- 92% commented that they’d increased volunteering hours to tackle poverty in London
