In all our work in the area of helping people with their money: the church is NOT meant to be an expert!

Instead, our roles are to act as companions and friends, and to point those we walk with in the direction of life and help.

One of the key things we can do as churches is just to know where to signpost people for more help.

Below are a range of links of places you may find useful to signpost, if you are journeying with somone struggling with money.

As well as the links below, we would really recommend finding out what is on offer locally in your parish, borough and deanery, and build relationships with those who are providing such services. A warm signposting with a friendly name and personal recommendation can make the difference between someone seeking help and not.
